When there are some messaging apps available then why one should use Google Allo.
Well, the reason is that this app is different from the other apps, and it has an artificial intelligence which is going to help you in operating the app.
The features and functions of the app are different from the rest of the apps, and people are comparing this app to the messaging.
Still, when it comes to the comparison of these two, imessaging is better because of its efficiency and other things which are not available in other apps even in the Allo.
iMessage Vs Allo:
Apple’s iMessage service is popular among the people because of its features and how it always provide something full of fun to the users.
Allo is still not on that level like message’s new launched features are quite exciting for the users. It includes invisible ink, slam, loud and gentle effects to make the app attractive to the users.
While Allo is providing some basic options to the users, when it comes to the messaging like to make the font large and small.
Allo is also providing Whisper Shout option, and you can use it by dragging your finger up and down from the send button.
People who are using Mac have the desktop version of the messaging, but Allo is not giving that service to the users.
If you are using Allo, then you can use it from the one phone only while Imessaging is available for the phone and the desktop version as well.
The majority who spend their time on Ipad or Macbook use the imessaging from their devices, and they don’t have to use the phone for the messaging purpose.
This is the easiest thing Apple is providing to improve the experience of the users.
iMessage is providing encryption from end to end by default. It’s an automatic option where you don’t have to use any settings to make your messaging app safe but in Allo, the encryption from one end to another end between the users is not available.
Your messages and other conversations are not safe with this app because there is no by default encryption.
People now like to use things which are providing protection to their conversation and personal stuff because nobody wants to share their conversation with some hackers and apps which are not providing any security are easy to hack.
If you need the end to end encryption in Allo, then you have to use incognito mode to make your conversations and personal stuff private. Before the launch, Google Company said, that the server is going to save some messages of the users but at the launch, they changed their statement.
They said that app is going to save all the messages of the users until the user deletes them all or sent his conversation to the incognito mode for the security and privacy purpose.
People are still not that much attracted to the Allo app due to the fewer options and fewer privacy options.
The worst thing about Google Allo is that the app is going to leave the messages on the Google server forever and you can’t do anything about it if you are using this app.
Law enforcement agencies can access your data easily anytime if you are in some case, and maybe if someone is trying to hack your conversation, then this is not a big deal anymore to see the discussion at Allo.
These features which are not safe for the public is making the app weak and less favorite from the rest of the app who are making the security of the users their priority.
You can delete the conversations with the other users to remove any data but if you are talking to the assistant of the Google then the incognito option is not available, and you can’t delete or hide the conversation.
According to the Google, the stored authorization is necessary to keep an eye on the conversation and what user wants to say to the company through chat and what their feedback is.
The right side of the Allo is that it is providing signal protocol when you are using end to end encryption in the incognito window.
Another good thing about the Allo is that you can take advantage of the self-destruct option when you are in incognito mode.
You can change the settings of the self-destruct mode by changing the time when you want all the messages to be expired and deleted, and you can keep the conversation safe by selecting never expire mode for your talk.
From seconds to hours it can increase and decrease as per your mood and your need.
Allo is suitable for all kinds of systems like Apple and Android, but Apple is only suitable for the Apple hardware and operating system. If you are an Apple user or Android user you can use this app for both systems.
Another thing you are going to enjoy about the Allo is that it has the assistant.
You can address the assistant about what you want to see; then it will show you pictures from your Google photos taken by you with the option to browse more images from the internet.
You can open the Gmail account and in your inbox, you can ask the assistant to show emails from John.
The most recent emails will be on your screen with the options emails from yesterday through which you can check the old emails too.
In the same way, your assistant is going to arrange the meetings in the calendar section and will remind you about them.
You don’t need any extra assistant now because this assistant is enough to show you different things and to perform various tasks for you.
So if you want to have a great messaging app which has unique options then use the Allo app and save your conversations in the incognito app.
