Ontario-based mobile solution company Allerta has made the official announcement that the inPulse Bluetooth watch for BlackBerry smartphone is now available for pre-order. Its being billed as the first wristwatch to work with the popular mobile. The watch isn’t a phone per se, since it doesn’t allow you to make calls.
