Hate it or love, Apple has a stranglehold on the consumer electronics market. Nowadays if it doesn’t sync up with an iPhone or iPod in a significant way, a gadget might be overlooked. Ontario-based mobile solution company Allerta has made the official announcement that the inPulse Bluetooth watch for BlackBerry smartphone is now available for pre-order. Its being billed as the first wristwatch to work with the popular mobile. The watch isn’t a phone per se, since it doesn’t allow you to make calls. It’s more of a Blackberry accessory, alerting users to incoming calls, emails, and the like. So when the phone rings, you’ll still have to whip out the old cellie to answer the call.
