247sports.com Brings All Access To Your Favorite Team

by Amani

A new sports centered website has launched in the past few weeks and it will bring you closer than ever to your favorite college and professional sports teams. 247sports.com will seek to blend local and team-based affinity sites with social media and mobile technology. While sharing a few similarities to rivals.com, 247sports.com is focusing more on an owned-and-operated model. Plans call for hiring experienced, known talent in local communities — in many cases, veteran newspaper writers — and using that talent to start sites from scratch. Find out more details on 247sports.com inside.
