M.I.A. Releases “Bad Girls” Remixes Digitally On Gold USB

What do you think about artist releasing their music in USB drives?

Well, hip-hop’s rebel M.I.A decided to release her new ‘Bad Girls’ remixes  in a gold USB drive necklace. Pretty cool idea right?

The USB drive holds 2 GB of data and it all comes on a 1/2″ gold snake chain. Three remixes produced by Danja, Switch, and Leo Justi can all be found on the drive.

In addition, there’s an exclusive GIF from behind the scenes photos from the “Bad Girls” video. Great idea, but we all know with technology come a price tag. The USB with only, yes – three songs and a GIF will cost you $50.

Fly concept –  M.I.A may have started a new digital music trend. That is of course if you have the money to pay for 50 bucks for a cool USB and a couple tracks.
