There are still many people without jobs. The African- American unemployment rate in March 2012 stayed above 14 percent. So what is the solution to the problem? Well, for right now it looks like creating your own job is the way to go. Over the years the number of entrepreneurs has grown, more than the number of corporate job opportunities.
