The New ATT.com Making the Online Experience Easier

AT&T just revamped their entire website, making their user experience much easier than before. Navigation tends to be a big issue when it comes to user experience because if people can’t find what they need quickly, they will get annoyed even quicker. To solve that problem, the new site includes more features and better navigation abilities to get you where you need to be in an efficient manner.

In addition, AT&T upgraded their support page by implementing things such as online chat service with customer service so that you can chat while you are actually browsing the site. They have also made it easier to access accounts and pay bills for people who have multiple accounts with AT&T.
