Black Web 2.0 Talks Foursquare on CNN
Good morning, Black Web 2.0′ers. I’m excited to announce after a number of false starts, the CNN piece featuring Managing Editor, Sherri L. Smith has aired on CNN’s “American Morning”. The segment aired at 6:52 this morning. However, if you’re not an early riser, you can catch it again at 8:52am EST.
Sherri, along with sex and dating writer Twanna Hines a.k.a. FunkyBrownChick and Nichelle Stephens, editor of the Pepsi-branded We Inspire and cupcake Enthusiast met up at the delectable wine and cupcake bar Sweet Revenge. Over a glass of wine and delicious pastries, the ladies discussed the rising popularity of Foursquare and other geolocation applications.
Be sure to tune into “American Morning” today at 8:52 to catch three African-American ladies discuss the tech they love so much.

That was sooo meant for me to see! Congrats ladies! I'd like to talk more about how African-Americans are using location-based social tools. So many of us seem not to want people to know where we are I was beginning to believe Foursquare and other tools held no interest to us. Thank you for disproving that!
Hey I just saw it on cnn.com thanks and great job
I think Markus is recording it also.
Awesome! Please post the video!
