WeWorked Tracks Time, Leave, and Timesheets with Ease

WeWorked is a simple web application to help you manage your companies time and resources. Your staff can submit their time worked via the web for your approval. Leave is automatically accrued according to your specifications and staff has easy access to the information. Timesheets are generated automatically and can be viewed or printed.

Add users by filling out a simple form. Here, you specify their basic information and decide whether you will track leave for this employee. They are sent an email notification with login instructions. You enter the initial leave balance for your staff, but WeWorked automatically adds or subtracts from this balance based on what they’ve accrued or what they have reported on their timesheets. Time must be approved by an administrator and is as simple as a click.

WeWorked also functions as an employee directory. It provides quick and easy access to your staff information for viewing and updating. You can search for users from the dashboard. As you type a user’s name, the incremental search shows you potential results.

You can set permissions and customize groups within WeWorked to reflect the actual structure of your organization. For example, you could create a Human Resources group and add your HR staff to it. Once the group is created, you can choose which employees from the group are allowed to approve the other staff’s time. You can give them access to administer the whole system, manage his or her own time, or just submit their time (meaning no privileges). In addition, you can choose which group they have dominion over.

You can further customize your time reporting to fit your company’s needs using time sheet codes. This lets you pinpoint the type of time a user is submitting. You may need to differentiate from time spent coding on a project, from time spent researching or designing. Maybe you want to track how much time is being spent on conference calls and meetings.

WeWorked plans start at $29/month for up to 3 users, custom groups, custom time codes, printable timesheets, encrypted security, and auto leave tracking. They range from $29 up to $249 depending solely on how many users your organization has. $249 will let you manage up to 500 users.
