Founder Chat: Class is in Session Anywhere with Archsing [AUDIO]

With live streaming being one of the trends that is really starting to take off we have started to see more industries see the value in it. One of those industries is distance learning and large universities have started to introduce it as part of their curriculum.

For the rest of us who have knowledge or advice we want to share there is a new start up that offers a way for us to share that knowledge with the world using live streaming. ArchSing.com allows any individual or organization to quickly and easily create a branded, broadcast-enabled website. One of the interesting things I found out is that ArchSing uses Ustream’s Watershed white label streaming service. Yes, you could use this on uStream directly but ArchSing allows you have your own dedicated knowledge portal where participants can engage with you directly and with each other in between broadcasts.

The product is integrated with Facebook and Twitter so that you can promote your offering to the world. The founder, John Weaver is a serial entrepreneur who has created several successful businesses and was also the former head of technology at Elektra records under Sylvia Rhone, who is the current head of Motown.
