LazyFeed Gets Lazier and Lazier
by rahsheenLazyfeed brings you content about the topics you’re looking for from around the Internet. Finding relevant content doesn’t get any easier. Simply tell Lazyfeed what you need, and Lazyfeed does the rest. They have continued to grow since their launch earlier this year, went public, and have recently overhauled the interface that will make you even lazier.
About 2 weeks ago, Lazyfeed added the ability to see not only your topics update in real time, but also the latest headlines related to those topics. This made it even easier to catch the hottest news. No more clicking around to see what’s going on. Now, with their latest update, Lazyfeed adds a whole new dimension to your experience.
You could call it Lazyfeed squared. Your topics show up in a grid and, depending on the size of your screen, you can see almost 4x what you could before. Your topics and latest headlines all update in real time and you can scan the screen in two directions to see what’s going on. It’s like an endless conveyor belt of bite-sized, information-packed, snacks.
What makes the new layout even better is the more immersive user experience. If something specific catches your eye and you’d like to read more, click on it to expand that topic. From here, you can click on any article to expand it and read it in full. To close a topic or article, just click outside of the pop-up and it goes away.
Even with so many things updating in realtime, Lazyfeed is still fast and responsive. You can quickly delve into a topic, scan an article, and jump back out. If you happen to catch an article you like, easily share it on Twitter, Facebook, or via Email (you can even import your email contacts from Gmail, Windows Live, Hotmail, or AOL). If you’re trying to stay on top of stuff, Lazyfeed should definitely be in your toolbox.
Do you use Lazyfeed? What do you think about it?
