I’m strictly a hot chocolate and tea kind of girl myself, but for you worshippers of the bean, you might want to check out this new coffee maker from Primula Products. The Speak n’ Brew coffee maker is the first voice-activated coffee maker. Not only does it listen to your every coffee whim, it also talks to you in a pleasant voice (check out the video).

Thanks to a chip inside the brewer, Speak n’ Brew is ready to solve all your caffeine-related issues. Using the voice command you can set the clock or better yet, the time you want your coffee brewed. This a great gadget for those of us that aren’t exactly morning people. No more fumbling around the kitchen, dazed, bleary-eyed, and grumpy, searching for coffee filters, filling up the pot, etc. Just load up the Speak n’ Brew the night before, program it and wake up to a hot pot of coffee no fuss, no muss.

If you’re uncomfortable with the thought of holding a conversation with your gizmos, you have the option to set everything manually via the bright LCD screen and the corresponding buttons.
