Tuberadio, iTunes meets Youtube meets Spotify

This is just the beginning of what Tuberadio can do, though. With the ability to save and share playlists and pretty much locate any song you want for free, it’s an awesome tool for people tied to their computers all day.
Think of it as iTunes meets Youtube meets Spotify. It’s absolutely FREE and there’s nothing to install. Create a playlist with your favorite band’s discography in mere seconds. Easily find rare videos and share it with your friends. We do the organizing, you do the listening!
You can use Tuberadio without actually signing up, but you won’t be able to save or share playlists. To get started, just search for an artist or album that you want to listen to. Tuberadio goes out to YouTube and finds the relevant videos. There are a couple of different types of searches to pay attention to.
- YouTube – this is a standard YouTube search, which will simply spit out a a list of videos related to your search. From here, you can add individual videos to your playlists with a single click. You can also play the videos from here.
- Discography – this search will actually go out and find entire albums related to your search. This makes it fast and simple to build your playlists.
If you don’t like the version of a video you’ve found or it’s incomplete, you can click the options for that track and find a replacement. Moving videos between playlists is simple with drag-n-drop. You also have all the standard features you would expect to find on a media player, including: Shuffle, Mute, and Repeat. Tuberadio also brings you details about each video (powered by Last.fm), including:
- Releases for the specific artist
- Lyrics for the song you’re listening to
- The artist biography
- And Similar artists to help you discover new music
Another option for discovering new artists is to check the Charts page. This lets you see the Top 10 artists, videos, and playlists. Don’t forget to add your friends so that you can see what they’re listening to. Tuberadio has a nice interface with powerful features for music lovers. Find those rare songs that you can’t locate anywhere else, figure out the lyrics to those parts of songs you usually hum through, and even buy albums if you like them enough. If Tuberadio plays their cards right, they will be around for the long haul.
