TheLoop21.com Names Nsenga K. Burton Managing Editor

TheLoop21.com, an African American digital news source, has named Nsenga K. Burton, Ph.D., Managing Editor on the heels of their Fall re-launch. Dr. Burton, with ten years of journalism and new media experience, will be leaving her position as Editorial Director at RushmoreDrive.com to join The Loop 21. Excited about the position Burton said, “I am looking forward to building on the success of TheLoop21.com and contributing to the creation a unique media space where users can get fact-based opinion that adds value to the quality of their everyday lives.”

Burton’s recent editorial staff includes political analysts Keli Goff and Lenny McAllister, entertainment blogger Liz Burr, and music journalist Carlton Hargo.

Burton’s day-to-day responsibilities includes management of editorial initiatives and operations.
