		<description>Being here in Rwanda, I see on a day to day basis how the country is changing and what part internet has to do with it. Having been related with this country for the last 10 years, being a foreigner here and having an IT company here I have to say that the government of this country is seriously trying to make a difference. 
Though skill and know is a serious problem here in Rwanda, even those students that are coming out of the institutions are not up to the mark. This needs to change and a better and more vibrant learning culture needs to come into place here. </description>
