I don't see any current ads on Google for them for the term "hip hop," keyword buys aren't abnormal but it would be interesting to know how much is spent on said keyword buys. Also on the spike of traffic, Global Grind heavily invests in Google ads. Google "hip hop" or anything related and you'll see their ads. This explains the surprisingly change of traffic trend. If you take a look at the average time spent on the site, it's much less impressive. Any info on last week's departures at GG? (high-level product development execs and others)? Quite mind boggling!
