		<description>Word?  Its good to see magazines are looking out for one another.  But I am not impressed with uptowns current online presence.  So why should I believe that they are going to do anything innovative with vibe ; except use the subscribers and hits of the domain to add to their online network?  But if they have partnered with blackrock digital they are not serious.  I think they should have hired less people for what needs to be no more than a blog.  Did they mention anything about personnel they have hired to manage it?   Anyone from a respectable site going to be running things? </description>
