@SxSW

I can’t believe it is that time again already.  I’m sure you’ve already been consuming all the buzz on Twitter about SxSW since the Interactive Festival’s first day on Thursday.  I just got here late last night and Markus gets here today so you can expect to see @BlackWeb20 updating on many of the Panels and Good Times here through til Tuesday when we leave.

I’ll be moderating a panel called ‘Digital Urbanites: How to Become Part of the New Social Capital’ on Monday the 16th at 5pm.  You can find out more about it and what a Digital Urbanite is on its’ blog DigitalUrbanite.BlackWeb20.com.  Markus will be on a Panel titled ‘Can the AfroSphere Survive in the Age of Obama’ with some pretty cool people right before my panel on Monday the 16th at 3:30pm.  I’ll be streaming my panel, hopefully the wifi will work with us and we’ll post it here.

Lastly, the Ogilvy Blacks in Tech meet-up was yesterday and while we couldn’t make it I heard it was great!  You can check the pics from the event out on Facebook.
