		<description>I think the microblogging setups may be more useful simply for the tracking/analytics and history that&#039;s built into it. Also, it&#039;s not a person-person conversation, it&#039;s an open timeline that everyone can see. 

IM could work as well, but I think there would be more work to be done in getting the same types of features.</description>
