WayoutTV Entering the Deadpool

In April we wrote about Damon Wayans’ venture into online video with WayOutTV.com, a website and YouTube channel that featured videos created and produced by Damon Wayans and family. Well it seems as if the website has gone down with no explanation, and the Youtube account hasn’t been logged into for two months.

As you may recall WayoutTv’s short lived online span was plagued by controversy surrounding its “Abortion Man” video, which showed a superhero, played by Wayans’ son, punching a pregnant teenager in the stomach after being summoned for help by her boyfriend.

According to the recent LATimes report, Wayans’ spokesperson Yvette Shearer said the channel will return. Wayans is “retooling the site and adding new features.” “It will go back up, he just doesn’t know when.”
