Ecommerce is not keeping pace with the attention spans and expectations of their audience. I'm amazed, though, because the talent and technology are there. Where is the disconnect? Are good web ideas dying at the altar of ROIs? There's certainly vacuum there to be filled by the right firm. I could not agree more.
