Wayout Tv

Comedian Damon Wayans star of such shows as “In Living Color” and “My Wife and Kids” and member of the very talented Wayans’ Family, has taken his newest show to the internet. WayoutTV, is Damon’s Youtube channel whose mission is to “develop innovative television shows for the internet which will include: comedy, drama, action, reality, and animation.” Continuing in the Wayans’ tradition, Damon has enlisted the help of a new generation of family, including his son Comedian Damon Wayans Jr.

WayoutTv is just one example of a fast growing trend of media producers using Youtube and other social video sites as a platform to quickly build an audience, without the money and creative censorship that normally comes along with most mainstream media distributors.
