Black Web 2.0 will be traveling to New York City tomorrow to get a “sneek peek” at IAC’s Black Web Enterprises (BWE) new black targeted website Rushmore Drive. We were first introduced to Rushmore Drive during our interview with the CEO of BWE Johnny Taylor. The launch party takes place at the beautiful IAC Building in Chelsea, NY. Barring no unforeseen circumstances, we will be live blogging the event.

  • Damn. Damn. Damn. I was so looking forward to this event tonight. I was going to shoot some video on the N95 of the event and write about it later. But unfortunately I got hit with this bug that's been going around and have to save up my energy for EMP Pop Conference in Seattle this weekend. Can't wait to hear the details of the launch event and what people think of the site.
  • Wow, Lynne, that's a shame. Sorry to hear that you caught the bug that's going around. Hope I don't "catch it" too.

    I've been looking at the site and definitely like how it looks; the search results are "okay", and I'm wondering how/why certain sites show up where they do. But, all in all, I think it's definitely something I'll use in the future.
