Interesting Interview… Brother talking a big game, but we shall see… What are your thoughts? Believe this will become the premiere online community for us Black People?? Truly something that shall uplift and not degrade us in reality?

  2. GOOG Says:

They have a shot. My prediction is that unless this new groundbreaking technology is a hit, the site will fail…

MR: AFRICA: Why are always looking towards business for upliftment?

@MrAfrica its hard to say without first seeing the technology. I do believe that the “Black Space” is wide open, so with the right technology sky’s the limit. Based off past technology successes its hard for me to believe that corporate has the answer. Even though Johnny’s argument was compelling.

  4. Blaq Says:

Interesting…I wonder what the website will be. I will give it a try. Gotta support black business. Thanks for doing the interview. This site is pretty cool and the information is valuable.

  5. EFly Says:

Rushmore Drive as with any other company will be what we (Black Folk) make it! The new technology as I understand will be based on algorythyms that will really bring some “intelligence” to our search. Technology really levels the playing field at a time when our population, income and upward mobility are at unprecedented highs.
The time has come for Black folk to begin to think at act as a Majority and leave the Minority mindset in the dust.
Let’s support Rushmore Drive and Black business where ever we find it.

Finally a website that respects us as Blacks and our time! I tried the website on several occasions and I was compelled to make it my home page. Why? Because I as a Black person do a lot of research online looking for information as it applies to People of Color, in particular Black people. I know that when I go to Rushmore Drive I will get the information that I need on the listings on the first page, not on the second, third, fourth etc. page. Instead of being buried (mentioned) in information primarily for Whites I can get my information for me and my people first.
Additionally, Rushmore Drive will direct me to other websites of Black/People of Color that I didn’t know about and therefore I can go to those sites and support them as well.
We have got to stop the negative thinking and saying, “we’ll see if it’s going to work.” We have got to start saying, “We will make this work.” We are the strongest people I know. If we commit to something we can make it happen. Look at what Black people did for Obama simply because we wanted it to happen.
Let’s not let this website fail because there are those and you/we all know who they are, that what and expect it to fail.
My signature on my email address reminds people to go to Rushmoredrive.com.
    Everyone, tell someone!!
    Play it forward!
    Let’s do this!!!

I am interesting how this new black business work. I am curious about how a individual will find employment in a new business venture?
