REACH Media appoints Barry Cooper as Vice President Interactive

Founder of BlackVoices.com Barry Cooper was recently appointed as VP of Interactive at Reach Media.  He will oversee Reach Media’s BlackAmericaWeb.com and other impending interactive projects.  Word on the street is Reach Media is also under going a redesign that is supposed to launch this spring. This could be interesting.

    I worked with Barry at BlackVoices back in the day. It will definitely be interesting to see what direction he takes BAW, because the site has really only served to compliment the Tom Joyner Morning Show as opposed to becoming a stand-alone destination to date. Thanks for sharing this news Angela. The rumor mill was definitely abuzz about the prospects of a new interactive management team at Black America Web. Word is a long overdue redesign might also be pending.

    Glad to see the brother back in the business… Online there is as I can remeber the old days when it came to Black Voices, Netnoir, etc…
